Michael J. Ruberto is a shareholder of the firm concentrating in commercial finance, real estate, workouts and loan restructuring with a particular concentration in asset based financing transactions.

Prior to joining the firm Mr. Ruberto was the managing partner of the Boston office of Hoberman & Pollack, P.C.
