Russell N. Stein is Chair of the firm's Corporate & Business law group. He concentrates his practice in corporate, real estate, employment and technology. Mr. Stein represents businesses in a variety of corporate, employment and real estate matters, including business formation, financings and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises technology companies on intellectual property and licensing issues.

Mr. Stein formerly taught Business Planning for Boston University's Program for Financial Planners at Metropolitan College. He was also formerly licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
