Robert Connolly is a member of the Banking, Finance and Lending, Corporate & Business, and Commercial Real Estate Departments. He focuses on corporate transactions, secured and unsecured lending transactions, corporate finance, loan workouts and restructurings and commercial real estate.
Rob represents private companies in a variety of corporate matters. He also regularly represents lenders and debtors with commercial lending and commercial real estate credit arrangements. Rob also represents investors and developers with all aspects of commercial real estate, including without limitation, acquisitions, leasing, development and dispositions.
