Bethany Grazio is an associate at the firm. Her practice is concentrated in representing both public and private companies in a variety of general corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, and divestures and joint ventures. Prior to joining Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, Ms. Grazio was an associate at Brown Rudnick where she handled a variety of corporate matters including blue sky compliance, and assisting public company clients with securities filings in compliance with the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Ms. Grazio also has experience in loan transactions representing commercial lenders. While attending Suffolk University Law School, Ms. Grazio served as managing editor of the Law Review.
