David W. Robinson is an associate at the firm and focuses his practice on general commercial litigation. Mr. Robinson’s litigation experience includes complex commercial matters, employment law, wage and hour collective actions, construction law, securities and financial disputes. Prior to joining Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, Mr. Robinson practiced for five years with Harter, Secrest & Emery in Rochester, New York. While attending Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Robinson was a writer and editor for the Law Review.
