Samuel L. Rodriguez is of counsel to the firm. His practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation, unfair competition and intellectual property, construction and employment law.

He has tried jury cases in federal and state court and has successfully briefed and argued before the United States First Circuit and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
