Michael G. Gatlin is a shareholder at the firm and focuses his practice in the areas of banking law and commercial real estate and development. Mr. Gatlin has extensive experience in commercial real estate lending, permitting, financing and real estate sales as well as asset-based lending, loan workouts and general banking law. Prior to joining Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, Mr. Gatlin was a solo practitioner.
