Maureen Mulligan is a shareholder of Ruberto, Israel & Weiner whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and general business disputes in the areas of corporate and professional liability, banking and finance, insurance, technology and trademark issues. She currently chairs the firm's Privacy and Data Security Group. Maureen was recently elected to serve on the Boston Bar Association Council. She is a past co-chair of the BBA Litigation Section and of the section's Professional Liability Committee.  For four years she has been chair of the ABA's Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section's (TIPS) Corporate Governance Institute, which sponsors a yearly two-day conference in NEW  York on the topic, and is completing her final year on the TIPS Council.  Maureen has recently been recognized by the Women's Business Journal as one of the area's top ten women lawyers. She currently serves on the Concord Academy Board of Trustees.
