Gary Bubb is a shareholder of the firm and chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions group. His clients are mainly privately held companies, which rely on Mr. Bubb to handle general corporate matters and a broad range of transactions, including private offerings of securities, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Bubb’s general corporate and securities law practice is supplemented with fifteen years of tax law experience.

In his tax practice, Mr. Bubb focuses on pass-through entities, including s corporations, partnerships, limited liability entities and joint ventures. He also concentrates on corporate tax matters, including reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions. He also advises tax exempt organizations on achieving and maintaining tax exempt status. He also has experience in administrative practice before federal and state tax agencies.
