Bethany Grazio is an associate at the firm. Her practice is concentrated in representing both public and private companies in a variety of general corporate matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Grazio regularly counsels clients on a broad range of business matters including business formation, employment matters, contract negotiation and drafting, business disputes and venture capital financings. She assists business owners with succession planning and implementation to minimize disputes and tax consequences. She also has experience in loan transactions representing commercial lenders.
Prior to joining Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, Ms. Grazio was an associate at Brown Rudnick where she handled a variety of corporate matters including venture capital transactions and assisting public company clients with securities filings in compliance with the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
While attending Suffolk University Law School, Ms. Grazio served as managing editor of the Law Review.
