Seth M. Bonneau is an associate of the firm and focuses his practice on Banking, Finance and Lending, and Commercial Real Estate.
Mr. Bonneau has extensive experience representing commercial lenders in all aspects of secured transactions involving real estate and business assets, as well as nontraditional assets such as commercial fishing vessels. Mr. Bonneau's practice also focuses on loan restructuring, workout, foreclosure and bankruptcy situations. Additionally, Mr. Bonneau assists clients in the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bonneau practiced with Halloran, Lukoff & Smith, P.C. in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
