RIW Co-hosts MSI's Meeting of the Americas 2003

Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, P.C. and the accounting firm Abrams Little-Gill Loberfeld co-hosted MSI's Meeting of the Americas 2003 which was held in Boston. MSI is an international network of lawyers and accountants aiming to have a member firm in every commercial and financial centre in the world. RIW and ALL are the Massachusetts member firms.

Bradley Croft Speaks at Boston Bar Association

On May 1, Bradley Croft served on a panel at a Continuing Legal Education seminar sponsored by the Boston Bar Association. The topic of the CLE was "Litigating in Bankruptcy & Bankruptcy in Litigation." Mr. Croft also gave a presentation on the fundamentals of practicing before the United States District Court.
 
David Baer and John Bauer Speak at NECCA

On March 5, David Baer and John Bauer presented "Preventing and Managing Litigation and Other Disputes" at NECCA's monthly meeting. The presentation covered managing disputes before they become lawsuits, deciding to litigate, managing litigation and settling disputes.
 
RIW's Food, Beverage and Hospitality Group Presents

On January 22, 2003, RIW's Food, Beverage and Hospitality Group presented "Ingredients For Success" at the Westin Copley Place. The seminar educated attendees on how to protect their names, employees and recipes. The program consisted of a trademark panel including Rona West Cross and Mary Ellen Rogers, an employment panel including Debra Mayfield and Brenda Buan and acquisition considerations with Debra Chionchio. The seminar was followed by a wine tasting reception featuring Westport Rivers wines.
