Maureen Mulligan Speaks at Global Power Markets Conference

Maureen Mulligan spoke at the Global Power Markets conference in New Orleans in March. She was part of a panel that presented Leading the Way: The Quest for Profitability. Ms Mulligan spoke about the laws and regulations that are creating the biggest problems for the unregulated power industry which included Sarbanes-Oxley in public v. private companies and email control.

Bradley Croft Speaks at Boston Bar Association

On May 1, Bradley Croft served on a panel at a Continuing Legal Education seminar sponsored by the Boston Bar Association. The topic of the CLE was "Litigating in Bankruptcy & Bankruptcy in Litigation." Mr. Croft also gave a presentation on the fundamentals of practicing before the United States District Court.
