Maureen Mulligan spoke at the Global Power Markets conference in New
Orleans in March. She was part of a panel that presented Leading the
Way: The Quest for Profitability. Ms Mulligan spoke about the laws and
regulations that are creating the biggest problems for the unregulated power industry which included Sarbanes-Oxley in public v. private companies and email control.

On May 1, Bradley Croft served on a panel at a Continuing Legal
Education seminar sponsored by the Boston Bar Association. The topic of
the CLE was "Litigating in Bankruptcy & Bankruptcy in Litigation."
Mr. Croft also gave a presentation on the fundamentals of practicing
before the United States District Court.
