Christopher Litterio and Bradley Croft, together with several other
prominent trial attorneys and judges, served as faculty and
panelists at a recent MCLE seminar series entitled "Introducing and
Excluding Evidence at Trial."
The seminars reviewed the mechanics of
offering or opposing the introduction of evidence in court including
laying the proper foundation for introducing evidence and when and how
to object to the introduction of evidence. Mr. Litterio and Mr. Croft
spoke specifically about introducing document and real evidence
foundations as part of the seminars.
