Christopher Litterio participated in a seminar entitled Litigating Wage and Hour Class Action Cases co-sponsored
by the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers
Association and the Center for Advanced Legal Studies.
Mr. Litterio discussed discovery issues that arise when defending a
class action lawsuit including how to oppose a class action, how to
narrow its scope if approved, how to prevent and narrow discovery until
the class is certified, and how to coordinate a class action lawsuit
with other states in light of the Class Action Fairness Act.
