Both Gene Landy and David Baer participated in the panel dicussion
"Strategically Managing Your Intellectual Property Portfolio: Getting
the Most Bang For Your Buck!" for the North Shore Technology Council.
The panel answered questions including: what factors should I consider
in developing a patent portfolio strategy; what techniques can I use to
protect my intellectual property (IP); besides litigation, what are the
alternatives to infringement allegations; what other issues do I need
to consider about licensing strategy; and what about risk insurance.
The event was held on Wednesday, February 16th from 7:30 AM - 9:00
AM at the Peabody Marriott.
