BOSTON

- Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, P.C. today announced that Gary
Bubb has been appointed the new chair of the firm's mergers and acquisitions group. He succeeds David Baer, who served in the
role since 2006.
Mr. Bubb's practice
concentrates on general corporate and business matters, including securities,
venture capital financing and corporate tax law, as well as mergers and
acquisitions. He possesses over 25 years
experience as a transactional lawyer and 15 years in tax law. He is also a member of the firm's Technology
and Intellectual Property groups.
His clients are primarily privately-held companies for which he handles
a broad range of business transactions.
"Gary is
one of the firm's most knowledgeable on handling intricate business deals such
as mergers and acquisitions, and he is our chief authority on tax laws," said

Mr. Bubb has been with Ruberto,
Israel & Weiner since
1998. Prior to joining the firm, he
practiced law with Ardift & Morse, P.C..
Mr. Bubb is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association
and the Securities Section of the Boston Bar Association. He has published several articles on tax law issues
in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
Mr. Bubb received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Suffolk University
Law School
in 1982. He also has a Masters degree in
taxation from Boston University
and Bachelor of Arts from Gordon College.
