Rob Connolly participated on a panel entitled "Opportunity Amongst the Rubble... Real Estate Strategies for Today and the Future" at the 2009 Annual Presidents' Forum of Boston. 

The panel reviewed a wide range of topics including pricing, costs, strategies, risk avoidance and exit strategies. Rob Connolly specifically presented the traps for the unwary with respect to the acquisition, maintenance and disposition of commercial real estate from both a buyer's and a seller's perspective.
