Dave Robinson Appointed by the Board of Bar Overseers as Hearing Officer

Congratulations to Dave Robinson who was appointed by the Board of Bar Overseers as a hearing officer effective January 1, 2014.  A hearing officer acts as part of a three-person panel, which makes factual findings and discipline recommendations, in formal disciplinary proceedings against attorneys alleged to have committed misconduct. Hearing officers serve a three-year term.
