RIW is pleased to announce that Roger L. Smerage has joined the firm as a member of our Litigation team. His practice focuses on complex business and commercial litigation in the financial services, telecommunications, technology, retail, and energy sectors, among others.
Roger also advises clients on consumer and employment terms and conditions, as well as on how to structure and enforce pre-dispute arbitration agreements. Additionally, he advises clients on state and federal consumer protection statutes and regulations.
He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; the U.S. District Courts for the District of Massachusetts, the Northern District of Illinois, and the Eastern District of Wisconsin; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st, 2nd, 7th, and D.C. Circuits.
