Overview

Patrick Ford is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Business Department, where he advises businesses across a range of industries in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, commercial contract transactions, business formation, reorganizations, and business disputes, as well as corporate governance and other corporate and transactional matters.  Patrick’s practice also frequently includes assisting clients with pre-litigation demand letters and other similar correspondence.

Prior to joining Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, Patrick was an associate at the Boston office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he participated in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Patrick is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received his J.D., with honors, from Boston College Law School. While in law school, Patrick served as a writer and Senior Editor on the Boston College Law Review and represented indigent defendants in criminal proceedings as a student attorney in the BC Defender Clinic.
