Adam G. Gutbezahl is an associate in Ruberto, Israel & Weiner's Litigation Department. He represents both individuals and businesses in a wide variety of litigation matters, including complex commercial, employment and real-estate disputes. Adam also regularly counsels clients in other litigation areas, including contract and land use disputes. RIW's multi-disciplinary team approach allows Adam to draw upon the resources of the firm's other practice areas of expertise to serve his clients.

With his client-driven focus, Adam understands how to translate the concerns of his clients into practical solutions that make sense for their individual needs. Although he often handles contentious, high-stakes cases in Massachusetts state and federal courts, Adam counsels his clients on the importance of developing best practices to avoid litigation and mitigate risks.

Prior to joining the firm, Adam was an associate with a boutique litigation firm in Boston.

While attending The George Washington University Law School, Adam was a member of the Moot Court Board and an executive editor of The George Washington Law Review.
