Overview

David Musen is an associate in the Corporate, Commercial Real Estate and Hospitality Practice Groups. He advises clients on all types of business transactions, providing contract, general corporate and business advice with a focus on both preventative measures and strategic planning. David focuses his corporate practice on counseling clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchases, buy-sell agreements, financing transactions, corporate formation and shareholder/partnership agreements.

In addition, David has a wide range of experience representing clients in the drafting and negotiation of long-term commercial retail leases across the country for both standalone commercial properties and within shopping centers.

Prior to joining Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, David worked at a boutique Boston area law firm as a corporate and commercial real estate associate, and prior to that clerked for the Honorable Christopher J. Panos of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, Central Division.
