Overview
Lauren is a member of RIW’s Litigation Department and regularly handles large scale business disputes from discovery to trial. Her experience extends to a wide variety of areas, including complex breach of contract cases, shareholder disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty claims, and construction disputes. Lauren has developed a specialized focus on commercial employment litigation and employment law where she advises both management and employees on wage and hour violations, misclassification, discrimination claims, employee departures, severance and separation agreements, and internal investigations. Clients rely on Lauren’s thoughtful yet energetic approach to problem solving, her clear-headed, solutions-oriented judgment and advice, and, when necessary, her fierce advocacy on their behalf.
