Overview
Rose Garson is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department, as well as the Mergers & Acquisitions and Emerging Companies Groups, where she serves as business counsel and supports clients during various commercial transactions.
Prior to joining RIW, Rose was a Corporate Associate at a boutique firm specializing in the representation of startup companies. Previously, Rose was also an Associate in the Boston office of a multinational law firm and a Compliance Manager at a biopharmaceutical accelerator, where she also externed during law school.
