Shareholders David Robinson and Eric Sigman each recently presented sessions at the National Retail Tenants Association Annual Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. David presented two sessions – one on drafting demand letters and another on resolving common area expense claims against landlords. Eric presented on SNDA’s and estoppel certificates.
