Congratulations to RIW client Viridi Wireless, along with co-applicant AT&T and their counsel Ed Pare, on successfully obtaining a Special Permit and Variance to construct a monopole telecommunications facility in Greenfield, MA. Viridi Wireless specializes in tower infrastructure solutions for rural markets, serving both U.S. and Canadian operators. With extensive experience building, operating, and maintaining tower and wireless infrastructure assets, they excel at collaborating with local municipalities and state regulators to deliver custom-built solutions.
Representation was led by Michael Rosen, with support from Michael Cronin. RIW’s Land Use team partners with property developers in the acquisition, permitting, and approvals for complex real estate projects including wireless carriers seeking to expand their networks under the Federal Telecommunications Act.
