Congratulations to RIW President and Litigation Department Chair Bradley Croft for being named the 2027 Massachusetts Construction Litigation Lawyer of the Year by The Best Lawyers in America!
The “Lawyer of the Year” distinction is awarded to just one attorney in a practice area and geographic region based on the highest overall peer-feedback ratings—making it a particularly meaningful recognition from fellow members of the bar. Brad has been recognized by Best Lawyers for 13 years in a row. This is his second “Lawyer of the Year” honor, having previously been named Massachusetts Construction Lawyer of the Year in 2015.
A trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience, Brad has built his practice representing clients in complex construction and commercial disputes and achieving significant results in the courtroom and on appeal. Most recently, he obtained a multimillion-dollar judgment in the first Massachusetts court decision enforcing the Commonwealth’s Prompt Payment Act and successfully defended that judgment on appeal.
