Overview
Connor W. Lewis is a member of the firm’s Banking, Finance & Lending Department and Corporate Restructuring & Distressed Assets Groups. Connor works closely with lenders and borrowers throughout every stage of the corporate debt financing process, from conducting due diligence and drafting loan documents to negotiating transactions and conducting loan closings. Additionally, Connor contributes to the firm’s bankruptcy and foreclosure matters, assisting with the preparation of foreclosure proceedings and the drafting of related legal documents.
Connor joined RIW as a summer intern in 2024, continued with the firm as a law clerk during his final year of law school, and in September 2025 joined the firm as an Associate.
