Overview

Christina Fitzgerald is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department where she represents individuals and businesses in a variety of matters. Christina has experience in all phases of litigation, ranging from initial pleading and motion practice to settlement, trial, and appellate work. Her experience across the full arc of litigation gives her a keen eye for both the details that drive case development and the broader strategy that leads to effective, client-focused resolution.

Prior to joining RIW, Christina worked with a law firm specializing in federal class action litigation where she handled a range of complex civil actions.

Christina is a 2021 graduate of Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, Christina interned with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in the Environmental Protection Division. She also served as a legal intern for the Honorable David A. Lowy of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and as a student prosecutor with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
