Overview

Eric T. Shediac is Of Counsel to the firm. Eric is a member of the Banking, Finance, & Lending Department and Commercial Real Estate Group. He represents institutional lenders in a wide range of credit facilities including asset-based loans, equipment leasing, commercial and industrial-based loans, real estate and asset acquisition loans, as well as construction loans. He also advises his lending clients through the workout process.

Eric’s commercial real estate practice includes representing developers and investors in the acquisition and permitting process, as well as advising his clients with their financing needs and the sale of their real estate holdings. Additionally, Eric has considerable experience drafting real estate agreements involving the use and ownership of real estate including, leases, easement and licensing agreements, and condominium documents.

Eric’s practice also includes representing closely held businesses with their business needs including advising on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, financing, and general contract needs.
