RIW Clients Recognized in Michelin Guide’s First-Ever Boston Edition

The Michelin Guide’s inaugural Boston edition brought an exciting moment for the city’s dining scene and for several RIW clients who were honored across both the Michelin Recommended and Bib Gourmand categories.

At this week’s Michelin Guide Northeast Cities awards ceremony, Nightshade Noodle Bar, Woods Hill Pier 4, and La Padrona at the Raffles Boston were named Michelin Recommended restaurants, recognized for their quality, consistency, and overall excellence. The Michelin Recommended distinction has long served as a way for inspectors to spotlight outstanding restaurants delivering memorable dining experiences alongside the Guide’s starred selections. Congratulations to all three teams on this significant achievement.

We’re also thrilled to celebrate RIW client Karen Akunowicz, whose restaurants Fox & The Knife and Bar Volpe earned Bib Gourmand honors. The Bib Gourmand designation highlights restaurants that offer exceptional food at great value and has become one of the Guide’s most beloved distinctions. Earning two Bib Gourmand accolades in Boston’s debut year reflects Karen’s remarkable vision and dedication.

We extend our warmest congratulations to all of our clients — and to every chef and restaurant recognized — for helping make this first Boston edition such a standout moment for the city’s hospitality community.
