Overview

Kelly Caralis is a shareholder of the firm, a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business Department and co-chairs the firm’s Hospitality Practice Group

She has extensive experience in representing private companies in complex transactions and general corporate matters, including entity formation, capitalization, commercial leasing, contract drafting and review, asset and stock purchases, mergers and acquisitions, partnership agreements, employment matters, shareholder matters, business disputes and reorganizations, intellectual property and technology issues and succession planning.

Kelly regularly acts as outside general legal counsel to early stage and mature private companies in a broad range of industries, including hospitality, professional services, technology and software.

As the co-chair of the firm’s Hospitality Practice Group, Kelly has a particular concentration in representing owners and operators of restaurants, including James Beard-award winning chefs, industry recognized fast-casual companies, and many premier restaurateurs included in Boston Magazine’s annual “50 Best Restaurants” list.
